Advent REO Officially Opens

San Diego, California-based Advent REO, a firm that provides asset management services, has officially opened its doors after a soft roll-out in mid-2007.

Advent REO's President Jason Purkiss says his firm is stepping into the market at a time when asset management companies are looking for solutions that will help them streamline their workflow and maintain effectiveness.

“As the REO volume rapidly increases many asset management companies are struggling to effectively manage their inventory,” said Purkiss. “To combat this problem and ensure a high quality of service, our asset managers live and work in their markets which guarantees informed and accurate decisions.”

Purkiss says his firm's solutions are designed around the market's needs.

“Whether it's sharing our knowledge of the industry with a new REO agent, or spending time with a borrower to explain their options, we look for opportunities to help others. Developing strong relationships and communication channels is extremely important to us," Purkiss concluded.
